January 2nd, 2008 - AVP Advantage vehicle service contract program is launched. Dealers may sell the "AVP Advantage Program" on vehicles 1994 and newer with up to 150,000 miles. Additionally, dealers can write contracts without having to sign a dealer agreement and the program is not subject to chargebacks after 90 days when financing vehicles through Nicholas Financial (NICK:Nasdaq).

April 13th, 2007 - AVP introduces alliance with Genesys Software and provides
a complete DMS system for independent dealers. This system allows
independent dealers to provide financing for their customers through lenders
such as: Americredit, Capital One, Triad, Wells Fargo, Crescent Bank and
several others.

January 17th, 2007 - AVP introduces the "AVP Platinum" Marine program for
dealers. The program offers high levels of coverages and benefits and
affordable pricing.
